I met Mehdi when I started at the Harmony gym in Blandonnet about 8 years ago. He prepared several workout sessions for me each one a little bit better than the last. I'm no expert but I do feel so much better for it and if I'm still going to the gym now its largely because of Mehdi's help and support. Without a doubt he's the most pleasant and helpful trainer I've met. I've no hesitation at all to recommend him.
Mehdi is a first class Personal Trainer. I worked with him for over four years. Mehdi has the ability to build a customized exercise program for individual needs. I joined the Gym after difficult abdominal surgery. I had lost a lot of weight but had to be very careful about what exercise (and how much) was in my workout. Mehdi crafted a program that was just perfect. My doctor approved it without change. As I progressed, Mehdi altered the program to keep it challenging. He always motivated me to attend the gym more frequently and to try harder. He uses a blend of absolute professionalism, humor and interpersonal skills to bring out the best in everyone.
Mehdi is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! I had the pleasure of working with him for more than 3 years. He not only understands the body, but also the mind. This holistic approach allows for much better performance. Mehdi also made excising fun again because his workout programs were not traditional, but were tailored to my body and my needs. J’ai eu Mehdi comme Personal Trainer pendant presque 1an. Mon objectif était la perte de poids. Il a su utiliser toutes sortes de stratégies pour me motiver et s’adapter à mes besoins.
